FUND RAISING

The Lions Club of Sevenoaks raises approaching £20,000 each year. This money is provided by the people of Sevenoaks and 95% of it is spent on projects which benefit the local community. We wish to express our profound thanks for the generosity of all those who support our work.

Our fund raising requires an enormous amount of dedication and effort throughout the year. We engage in a large number of activities to finance our projects. The HEAVY HORSE SHOW, held at Shoreham on the first Sunday in September every year, is a very important fund raising event but we also have many OTHER WAYS of raising funds.
